Security Officer – Unarmed
Pay Rate: $16 – $18 per hour

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols.
Monitor and control access to properties.
Respond to incidents promptly and professionally.
Write detailed and accurate incident reports.
Deliver excellent customer service to clients and tenants.

Requirements:

At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and observation skills.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Prior security experience preferred but not required — training provided.
Security Officer – Armed
Pay Rate: $18 – $21 per hour

Responsibilities:

Perform all duties of an unarmed officer with added focus on high-risk threat deterrence.
Safely carry and operate a firearm in compliance with company and state guidelines.
Respond to critical incidents and emergencies
Provide a strong, visible on-site presence

Requirements:

At least 21 years old.
Valid CPL (Concealed Pistol License).
Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
Must pass firearm qualification and ongoing training.
Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 per year (based on experience)
Responsibilities:

Supervise and schedule security personnel.
Conduct site inspections and performance audits.
Handle incident escalation and reporting.
Communicate directly with clients and leadership.
Provide training and mentorship to team members.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in security or law enforcement.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Familiarity with incident tracking and reporting tools preferred.
Physical Security Consultant (Sales Position)
Compensation:
Commission-based; hourly rate determined at time of hire.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Meet with potential clients to assess security needs.
Create and present proposals for services and solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with leadership to achieve sales targets.Requirements:
B2B sales experience or similar background preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of security services or related industries a plus.
Highly motivated and goal-driven personality.
