Jason G. McCausey

Jason G. McCausey has been a recognized leader in the Loss Prevention and Investigations sector for over two decades. Since beginning his LP career in 2000, Jason has held numerous leadership roles and earned a reputation for operational excellence, innovation, and integrity.


In 2016, Jason founded McCausey Security Group to bring his unique blend of expertise, strategy, and technology-driven solutions to businesses across the country. Under his leadership, the firm has developed and implemented cutting-edge LP programs, including:


  • Advanced SKU-level investigation programs
  • Case management integration
  • Organized Retail Crime (ORC) interviewing techniques
  • Business intelligence platforms aligned with warehouse, inventory, and register systems
  • Exception-based reporting systems that deliver actionable insights across operations


Today, Jason continues to push the industry forward, piloting artificial intelligence solutions designed to help clients stay ahead of evolving risks. Through McCausey Security Group's Loss Prevention, Investigations, Safety & Environmental services, Jason and his team are committed to protecting businesses, strengthening results, and driving continuous improvement.

Bradley N. Cooper

Director of Security Operations 

With over five years of dedicated experience in the security industry, Bradley offers a well-rounded background in both field operations and strategic security planning.

Before joining The McCausey Group, Bradley was a martial arts instructor with a focus in:

  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
  • American Wrestling

His background supports our team’s commitment to safety through de-escalation and practical, professional defense strategies.


Leadership & Professional Development

Bradley has held key leadership roles as a security supervisor and consultant, with a focus on:

  • Conducting security assessments
  • Training and managing personnel
  • Developing site-specific security plans

Education & Specialized Training

  • Graduate of the Michigan Youth Challenge Academy (5-month para-military structured leadership program)
  • Completed the Michigan Job Challenge program (5-month para-military structured leadership program)
  • Studied conflict resolution and time management at Kellogg Community College
